Production and Sample Policy
We produce retort spout pouch on our 8 laminators and 3 gravure presses. Printing width is 1200 mm. Slitting width is 1200 mm. Pouch widths follow standard limits. We supply roll film and finished pouches. MOQ is 500 kg for rolls and 200,000 pieces for pouches. Standard lead time is 15-20 working days. Custom orders take 15-25 working days. Repeat orders save 3-5 working days. We offer free samples for standard products. For custom samples, we charge a reasonable fee. This fee is deductible from your first bulk order only if the order value reaches 200,000 RMB. If the bulk order value is less than 200,000 RMB, the sample fee will not be deducted.
Quality Assurance
We test retort spout pouch for seal strength after retort, heat resistance, and barrier. We hold ISO9001 and ISO22000 certifications. We accept third-party inspection. We provide batch test reports and annual CMA reports. Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours. We offer a 12-month warranty. If defects come from our production, we replace or refund.
