PET AL PA RCPP laminated film is a four-layer construction: PET, aluminum foil, PA (nylon), and RCPP. The nylon layer is the key – it provides exceptional puncture resistance, making this film ideal for products with sharp bones or shells. The RCPP layer withstands retort sterilization at 121°C. Ordering and Manufacturing Details
We manufacture PET/AL/PA/RCPP composite films using eight laminating machines and three rotogravure printing presses. The maximum printing and slitting width is 1,200 mm; bag dimensions are subject to our standard maximum width specifications. We offer products in both roll stock and pre-made bag formats. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500 kg for roll stock and 200,000 units for bags. Product thickness can be customized upon request. The standard lead time is 15–20 working days; custom orders are completed within 15–25 working days following sample approval, while lead times for repeat orders can be shortened by 3–5 days. We provide free samples for standard products; a fee applies to custom samples, which is refundable against bulk orders valued at RMB 200,000 or more.
Quality Assurance for High-Performance Films
We test PET AL PA RCPP laminated film extensively. We measure OTR and WVTR, seal strength before and after retort, puncture resistance, and foil integrity. We also check nylon adhesion. Our quality system is ISO9001 and ISO22000 certified. We have all necessary regulatory licenses. We accept third-party audits. We provide a detailed test report with every batch.
